The farm has a modern set of buildings well equipped to house the Ponderhill herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, established in 2002. The choice of breed was essential due to the temperament and easy management of the breed. For the same reasons the Woodfoot Lleyn flock, Flock number 1219, was established with very pleasing results in the last few years. See our stock for sale

The unit is farmed extensively in a high rainfall area with good natural grass growth on limestone, taking advantage of ELS with future plans to convert to organic which will have little upset to the low stocking density.

The unit is run by Mrs Jenkinson (Lynda) and the day to day work is undertaken by Father Jim.
